3/11/2006 - Indoor Conditioning

A severe downpore the previous night had caused the fields to close this afternoon. So instead, the team moved conditioning to inside the ARC.

Attendance: Matt, Allen, Andrew, Raph, James, Sam, Guy, SkinE, Chrispy, Meghan, Iris, Jenn

Indoor Track Conversion
1 Lap = 160 yards
11 Laps = 1 mile

Everyone met at 11am, but did not start until 11:15am. Conditioning started out with a 6 warm-up laps on the indoor track, which equates to a little more than half a mile. SkinE lead the conditioning today. The team followed one of his normal routines when he comes into the ARC. It was pretty simple and chill day.

6 laps warm-up jog
1 Lap of each: High Knees, Buttkickers, Slides, Grapevine, Skips
5 laps of each: sprint half a lap, jog half a lap
10 laps up and down stairs, alternating between single steps and double steps
1 lap of lunges
2 lap warm-down jog
50 push-ups and 100 sit-ups

Lunch was at the University Tower Center.
